Orly projects is an Interior Design Studio based in London. We specialise in creating bespoke spaces that are uniquely tailored to each individual. Our designs are not only functional and supportive but also reflect the soul and character of our clients. We carefully select fabrics, furnishings, and materials that enhance the natural character of both the individual and the property, ensuring a harmonious and mindful design.
Hello
I’m Nadia, founder of Orly Projects. I believe there’s nothing more important than harmony in the home. Our homes should support us and be a source of safety, peace and joy. A place that we can truly feel ourselves, relax and recharge. Knowing that our surroundings have so much potential to nourish and support us, is what gives me such joy in working as an Interior Designer.
Practising creativity, whether it be for the home or not has the power to transform our lives. Every time we tap into our creativity, we quiet the parts of our brain responsible for stress and open up new possibilities for growth and connection. In a world that often feels overwhelming, I see creativity as a tool for building spaces that ground us and reflect who we truly are.
For me, design goes beyond aesthetics. It’s about creating supportive, personal environments filled with meaningful details—spaces that bring you comfort, that make you feel inspired and help you express yourself. Whether it’s through a thoughtfully chosen colour palette or the perfect arrangement of treasured items, my goal is to help you craft a home that feels uniquely yours.
My story
My journey to Interior Design began with a degree in Psychology, where I developed a deep interest into human behaviour, visual perception, health and longevity. Combined with my love for art and design, this sparked a deeper appreciation for how the spaces we create and live in can profoundly impact our well-being. I went on to study Graphic Design and Colour Psychology where I learnt the fundamental principles of Design; colour, balance, contrast, repetition, pattern. Over time, I used these skills to transition away from Brand Design into the world of Interior Design.
I spent five years in the luxury paint industry, as a former Colour Consultant for Little Greene Paint, where I developed a deep knowledge of how to use Colour in the home. This experience, combined with my background in Colour Psychology, allows me to select palettes that don’t just look stunning but feel right—creating harmony between the space and the people who live in it.
At the heart of what I do is the belief that your home should reflect your story. It’s not about following trends or fitting into a mold; it’s about creating a space where you feel comfortable, inspired, and truly yourself.
Let’s bring your vision to life. Whether you’re looking for expert advice on colour or a complete redesign, I’d love to help. Get in touch today, and let’s create a space that’s as inspiring as you are.
